Libi Chirug, M.Sc. student
Studying the mechanisms of flavonoids-pectin interactions and exploring the effects of flavonoids structure, pH and degree of esterification of pectin on these interactions.
She joined to the lab at May 2015 and did her final project on the effect of different esterification degrees of pectin on polyphenols stability.
Libi has B.Sc. degree in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology (2016).
