Technion Students Win International Award Thanks to Vegan Labneh

Three groups of students from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) won an international competition for the development of healthy food based on natural ingredients. The winning developments: vegan labneh based on oats, a soy-based yogurt dessert with complex textures, and a low-sugar individual chocolate cake.
